CCG Constitutions - Londonwide LMCs advises 'if in doubt don't sign until you've read our advice'
In May 2012 Londonwide LMCs issued new practical guidance on signing up to CCG constitutions in response to requests for help from individual GPs, LMCs and CCGs in London.
Dr Michelle Drage, CEO Londonwide LMCs said: “Our straightforward guidance, developed in consultation with our lawyers, is specifically designed to help those GPs and CCGs who may be unclear or unsure about signing up to something that may not feel right for them. Our advice, is simple, if in doubt, don’t sign until you’ve read our advice.
