Evolution Health is a new partnership in South East London between two well established and high quality general practices. Our strength is the experience of our respective organisations: Princess Street Group Practice and Dulwich Medical Centre. Are you interested in joining us in new sites we will be opening in Greenwich?

 

We are looking for GPs to join our team at a new GP led health centre in Thamesmead. We have recently opened a brand new practice in the Charlton/Kidbrooke area. These schemes are part of improving access to primary care for the diverse local population.

 

Salaried GPs

 

We have a number of vacancies in our Thamesmead site for recently qualified or experienced GPs. We are keen to hear from anyone with existing specialist skills and training experience but are willing to support those who wish to develop their skills in post.

 

We want GPs who are keen to:

 

  • Join a GP led organisation with partners committed to quality, training and development
  • Provide high quality care to a diverse patient population
  • Deliver innovative care from newly refurbished premises
  • Participate in outreach and mobile delivery of health care
  • Develop special interests and roles
