More training on consent for information sharing for GPs, practice managers and practice Caldicott Guardians
NHS London provided two free workshops for GPs, practice managers and practice Caldicott Guardians to answer the following questions:
- What are the rules and procedures for obtaining consent and sharing information?
- How is the world changing as the NHS is linked together and the Summary Care Record goes into use?
Both workshops included worked anonymised examples from practices and breakout sessions to discuss practice problems with peers and identify solutions and next steps to take back to practice teams.
