Violent patient schemes – advice from the GPC

Your PCT should have a local security management specialist (LSMS) with whom concerns about GP practice team security can be raised as well as questions about the violent patient scheme.

The LSMS will also be able to provide information on discounted lone worker security devices and details of security training. The GPC encourages you to make contact with your LSMS.
