Directorate of Resources
Led by Paul Tomlinson, our Directorate of Resources supports the organisation to function effectively. The team provide a wide range of strategic business development functions to Londonwide LMCs, Londonwide Enterprise Ltd and our Board of Directors. The Directorate of Resources also provides business support to the rest of the organisation and manages membership services. This is the team that keeps things running smoothing so that your sector, GP Support and Communications teams can get on with supporting LMCs and practices on the ground.
The team is responsible for facilitating and providing guidance on:
- Human resources
- Finance, including payroll
- Organisational development
- Corporate governance and policy
- Company secretary/business management
- Membership services including elections and contact data management
Paul is supported by the Business Resources Manager, a team of Corporate Team Administrators (CTAs) and a Finance Executive, whose contact details can be found below:
