Media and public affairs round-up

image

Londonwide LMCs’ CEO, Dr Michelle Drage, cast doubt on plans by Jeremy Hunt to increase nurse numbers by 25% in GP Online. Michelle also shared her views on what health devolution for London could mean for primary care in the Huffington Post. Dr Lucy Carter of City and Hackney LMC wrote a very well received first-person piece for the Guardian, talking about the stress of working in general practice.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. We also support practices that are approached with media requests. You can find details of how to get support here.
