HEALTHx webinars and group coaching sessions

As part of the part of the Londonwide LMCs' GP Professional Support Network resources, Londonwide LMCs are offering an exciting integrated set of six webinars, accompanied by smaller group coaching sessions on a range of topics. The series will be delivered by Dr Alka Patel, GP, TEDx speaker, lifestyle medicine physician, coach, author and podcaster.

The information provided for the webinars will be evidence based and will be followed with a discussion of the research findings.

The sessions will be practical with tasks and actions for both during and after the session.

Each session will be accompanied with an ebook.

The aim of this HEALTHx season is to equip you with daily practical actions to bolster your health, happiness, performance and activity.

Through each session you will be connecting with your core, your nucleus and your DNA – Discover, Notice and Activate. This is who you are, what you want and where you are going.

After each session there will also be an opportunity to reflect and build on your learnings via a group coaching session on the topic of that week. Take this opportunity to help develop and continue your self-care journey.

These webinars are also a great space for everyone to network and connect with each other too. Remember, the attention and care you give out to the world can only come through the attention and care you give to yourself.

How does it work?

The workshops consists of:

  • 15-20 minute video presentations.
  • 15-20 minute highlights of research evidence.
