Free to attend wellbeing webinars for GPs with Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee - starting Wednesday 15 September 2021

The series of wellbeing webinars will discuss concepts and theories of wellbeing using scientific rigour and evidence-based theories of positive psychology to support an understanding of key concepts.

Amrita will delve into strategies which will support you in acknowledging, recognising and managing your own wellbeing.

  1. Why Wellbeing – Aim: to empower personal wellbeing.
  2. Overwhelm – Aim: to understand, recognise and manage, stress and overwhelm effectively.
  3. Resilience – Aim: to understand what resilience is an its benefits.
  4. Growth and Adversity – Aim: to provide an understanding of Post Traumatic Growth – what this is and how it can benefit us.
  5. Being Present – Aim: to understand what mindfulness is and the benefits.
  6. Cultivating Positivity – Aim: to understand the difference between hope and optimism and the benefits of both concepts.

How does it work?

The course of six wellbeing webinars have been designed to be attended as either a course of six or as stand-alone events if you are interested in a particular topic.

You will come away from this series of talks with specific strategies to protect and boost your wellbeing during these difficult times.

Attendance at each webinar earns 1 CPD point.

Presentation followed by Q&A. Each webinar will last approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by a Q&A and discussion.
