Media and public affairs round-up

On 17 October we issued a comment on suggestions by the GMC that regulations could be changed to allow more non-GP doctors to work in general practice. On 5 October GPOnline covered our latest workforce survey results and new practice resources . On 26 September Londonwide LMCS were mentioned in a Pulse story on GPDF funding. On 22 September Dr Michelle Drage, our CEO, was quoted in the i, in a story on the Government's new two week target for GP appointments.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you have an example of general practice doing something well which could make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests.
