Media and public affairs round-up

image

On 18 September Dr Lisa Harrod-Rothwell's comment on patient safety was covered by Doctors.net. On 9 August Dr Elliott Singer, one of our Medical Directors, was quoted in an Independent piece on NHS England plans for a last-minute delay in flu vaccinations. Our communications team also supported several practices with media enquiries over the last month.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn . If you have an example of general practice doing something well which could make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests. You can find details here.

Got a story? Email us at comms@lmc.org.uk.
Deadline for next month's submissions is Wednesday 11 October.
