Due to the retirement of our managing partner, we are looking for a senior manager with strong leadership qualities, exceptional inter-personal and communication skills, and experience of managing large teams.
The successful candidate will have proven operational, business and strategic, including identifying opportunities and developing and implementing new services and initiatives. They will be adaptable, able to find solutions and prioritise multiple tasks due to the diverse nature of the role.
The role is supported by a Practice Manager and Deputy Practice Manager and the postholder will provide leadership to the management team, overseeing operational functions within the practice. They will be responsible for overall financial management, HR, compliance, premises/estates management, governance as well as being able to work collaboratively with the PCN.
The practice operates from purpose-built premises, with a list size of 14,500 patents and currently has 7 partners.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience of working in general practice or a healthcare environment, but we also welcome applications from senior managers with the relevant transferable skills.
