Situated by the River Thames border in South East London, Royal Arsenal Medical Centre is a purpose-built practice serving a new development. We are committed to deliver good quality care.
With a rapidly expanding and young patient list size we are looking for candidates with the drive to be actively involved with practice development.
We are a highly supportive, experienced and friendly teaching patient’s focused practice with links to King’s college university, undergraduate and registrars.
The successful candidate would be working 5 to 8 sessions a week, we are flexible on full or half days.
Typically, the arrangement of the AM clinic will resemble the following:
4 telephone call consultations (10 min)
9 face-to-face consultations (15 min)
Similarly, the PM clinic layout will usually resemble this:
9 face-to-face consultations (15 min)
4 Telephone call consultations (10 min)
One allocated Duty day per week
The job plan includes the usual admin tasks, such as correspondence via Docman, dealing with lab results and regular prescriptions.
We have Social Prescribers, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners , Paediatricians and Pharmacists who also work on site as part of our PCN provision.
We use Emis web, Docman 10, T-Quest, Accurx and DXS referral forms.
