The Surgery
New purpose built premises shared with local community services
12,000 patients in vibrant and diverse community
Teaching and training practice with strong culture of learning
Daily clinical meetings for support and learning
CQC ‘Good’ rating 2016 (renewed 2019)

The role
Remuneration of £10,000 per session + payment of indemnity
Between 4 and 6 sessions available
Part of a multidisciplinary clinical team including GPs, Practice Pharmacist, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants as well as PCN employed Social Prescriber, Care Coordinator and First Contact physiotherapist.

Low home visit ratio
