Crown Street Surgery is a well-established innovative teaching and training practice looking for additional GPs to join our friendly stable team of 5 GP partners from March 2021. Our surgery in based in Acton, W3 serving a total of 9000 patients. Providing a full complement of services. Our dedicated team includes doctors, nurses, HCA’s & pharmacy technicians. We are a high QOF and LES achieving Practice and we know our patients well and take pride in looking after them well.

We are looking to cover 8 sessions and are flexible on number of sessions and working arrangements - please put in your covering letter what your availability is but our preference is Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are happy to interview candidates who are due to complete their VTS shortly.



We offer an in-house structured education program and would be happy to provide mentorship.
