How Londonwide LMCs supports GPs who need clinical supervision

An anonymous GP explains how we helped find them a clinical supervisor and how this eased some of the stress of the process.

We are conducting usability testing on our website to understand how we can improve it. We are wanting to speak to a range of people, from those who use it regularly through to those who rarely use it.

General Practice Alert State (GPAS) paused

This will give us time to evaluate its impact and consider the best way of gathering information on practice pressures.

Thank you for responding to our workforce survey

Our latest workforce survey officially closed on Wednesday 11 December, with responses coming from 193 of our 1,121 practices. Results will be shared in the Spring.

Media and public affairs round-up

On 3 December Pulse mentioned our work supporting a GP in Hillingdon who has won a judicial review after NHS England tried to terminate his contract. On 27 November the London Post quoted Dr Lisa Harrod-Rothwell's remarks on a series of deliberative workshops about the future of healthcare services in London. 

We continue to be very active promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on Bluesky, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
