The meeting with Stephen Kinnock on Thursday 11 September was facilitated by the Rebuild GP team, at which Dr Harrod-Rothwell was one of a small group of GPs who raised aspects of the Government’s 10 Year Plan for Health that they found concerning.
On 15 September Dr Harrod-Rothwell met with London MP and Health Select Committee member Ben Coleman MP.
On Monday 29 September Dr Harrod-Rothwell will be attending a panel at the Labour Party Conference Fringe titled “Chat GP” – AI and the family doctor of the future at which Pulse magazine will launch a new report on GP access. Dr Harrod-Rothwell will also be having ad-hoc meetings with MPs and health leaders at the Conference.
