LMC members and constituents are invited to participate in a study by Imperial College London examining the impact of the June 2024 Synnovis cyberattack on Primary Care in South-East London.
If you have not yet completed the survey, there’s still time, with the deadline extended to 24 December.
• Take the 10 minute anonymous survey (open to all primary care staff):
• Participate in the interview: At the end of the survey, GPs can opt into a confidential 30-45 minute virtual interview to explore their experiences in greater depth.
Please share within your practice. Researchers are seeking more voices to strengthen the evidence base and your frontline experience during this incident is invaluable for understanding the true burden on primary care.
For questions please contact: k.rajput24@imperial.ac.uk, also please email Kunal with the subject line “Prize draw” once you have completed the survey to be entered into a draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher.
Our South East London LMCs and the Londonwide LMCs team spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issues created by the cyber attack, and to publicise the impact on local GP practices.
