Role Summary
We are seeking a flexible GP to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality primary care while contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of practice services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through routine GP consultations
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions effectively
• Review pathology results, prescriptions, and clinical correspondence in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, healthcare assistants, and pharmacists
• Supervise Physician Associate, Trainee GP Registrar and other colleagues as necessary.
• Participate in practice meetings and contribute to service development and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with NHS and professional standards

Person Specification
Essential:
• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
• On the GP Register and NHS Performers List
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care
Desirable:
• Experience working in UK General Practice
• Interest in developing specialist clinical areas
