Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations, managing complex multi-morbidity cases with clinical autonomy.

• Contribute to our proactive management of long-term conditions (QOF) and promote disease prevention.

• Support the development of the next generation of clinicians through our established teaching programs for medical students and STs.

• Promptly process clinical correspondence, lab results, and prescriptions using our streamlined digital workflow systems.

• Participate in clinical audits, SEAs, and strategic meetings to help shape the future of our service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Above all, we are looking for a clinician who is kind, caring, and compassionate. You should be someone who values the human element of medicine, offering empathy to patients and support to colleagues.

• An experienced or newly qualified GP with a high standard of evidence-based practice and a commitment to GMC standards.

• Someone who embraces new systems and clinical technology to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

• A team player who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment and enjoys mentoring others in a teaching-led practice.

• The ability to be honest and sensitive in distressing situations, ensuring patients feel heard and cared for.

Why Join The Knoll Team?

• You will be backed by a robust, multi-disciplinary team including Nurses, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Pharmacists, and highly skilled Allied Health Professionals.

• As a premier training practice, we support Medical Students and STs. We foster an environment of continuous learning where your mentorship and clinical expertise are highly valued.

• We understand the pressures of modern General Practice. We offer a collaborative atmosphere where the team genuinely looks out for one another.

If you are ready to work in a practice that is actively shaping the future of General Practice without losing the heart of patient care, we want to hear from you. Apply today to join a team where your well-being, your clinical skills, and your compassion are truly valued.
