Practice Manager with 10 years experience, managing two practices both with list sizes of 17,000 patients – Available for short or long term assignments for specific project work or to fill Practice Manger gaps at times of absence. Willing to undertake work across London either on-site or remotely.
Particular expertise in:
– CQC compliance and support/advice/action plans both prior or post CQC inspection
– Project managment with experience in building projects, site moves or internal re- development
– Engagement with stakeholders (ICB/PPG)
– Financial experience including QOF, income streams and claims
– HR experience in all human resource areas including recruitment, retention, annual leave and sickness absence, appraisals and disciplinary processes
– Managing teams and non-clinical staff
– Review of workforce processes to maximise efficiency and look at alternative options such as AI and automated processes
– Experience with IT systems such as EMIS Web, AccuRx, CQRS
