The aim of this session is to enhance participant self-awareness whilst empowering them with practical strategies. These strategies will not only allow them to care for their own wellbeing but also balance the competing demands of their professional roles.

Course AimThis 3-session programme offers a tailored approach to addressing the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals, equipping them with tools to thrive personally and professionally while delivering exceptional patient care.
