Free to attend wellbeing webinars for GPs

  • Latest news

Back in August 2020 Londonwide LMCs launched the GP Professional Support Network to provide a single point of online access to match GPs with the most appropriate form of professional support for them.

As part of this initiative we are now offering a series of free to attend wellbeing webinars to provide further support for GPs who work within the areas of London covered by Londonwide LMCs. The events will be delivered by Dr Amrita Sen Mukherjee, a portfolio GP specialising in wellbeing and a medical educator and facilitator and a mental fitness and wellbeing coach.

The aim of the webinars is to support the emotional and psychological health of staff by supporting you in finding your own strategies, tools and coping mechanisms to continue working in such difficult circumstances. These are 30-minute webinars followed by a 30-minute Q&A and discussion. There is a series of six webinars on a host of positive psychology subjects which can be attended as a course or as stand-alone events:

  • Webinar title: Resilience – date: Wednesday 03.03.21 – time: 1930
  • Webinar title: Adversity and growth – date: Wednesday 17.03.21 – time: 1930
  • Webinar title: Being present – date: Wednesday 31.03.21 – time: 1930
