  • The NHS England corporate records management policy sets out the organisational records management requirements for the joint organisation and provides advice and guidance to all NHS England staff on the creation, management, storing and disposal of records.

  • Patients benefit from tests and scans at 155 centres now open in England, with AI scanners on the way to further bolster diagnostic offer.

  • A company director and his pharmaceutical manufacturing company were sentenced in court after pleading guilty to two charges of falsifying data that supported the shelf life of a medicine, adversely affecting its quality in order to obtain a licence to sell the medicine in the UK.
