GP payments and queries (correct at 12 March 2021)
Primary Care Support England (PSCE) has been working hard to make claiming payments a more streamlined service for general practice. The existing PCSE Online service is being expanded ‘making it easier to submit, track and view payments’, and will also allow ‘easy multiple submissions for payment claims’. PCSE plans to launch the service additions early/mid-summer 2021.
The new process will replace Open Exeter for both GP payments and pension administration. Your monthly statements will also be found on PCSE Online.
The current online Enquiries form will remain, so that practices with any queries relating to GP contract or pension payments can be dealt with more effectively.
