Based on a patient-facing report published by Healthwatch Middlesbrough and Healthwatch Redcar & Cleveland, with support from Cleveland Local Medical Committee, we have developed three short animations to answer common questions from patients.
These can be shown to patients via practice screens or websites.
We are always looking for ways to help you and we want your feedback on what to cover and how useful you find it in your practice.
You can download the videos by clicking on the links in the key info panel, then right-clicking and choosing “Save as” on Windows or alt + click “Save video as” on Mac. Your practice’s screen provider should be able to advise you on how to add new videos to your screens.
