Triangle Surgery is a supportive, well-established, and forward-thinking practice located in Wandsworth, South West London. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our list of 4,500 patients while maintaining a manageable workload and strong work-life balance for our clinical team.
As part of the Wandle Primary Care Network (PCN), we benefit from excellent collaborative infrastructure and an extensive Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) team, allowing our GPs to focus on complex clinical care rather than administrative overhead.
Our Team & On-Site Support
* Medical Team: 6 experienced GPs offering a supportive peer network
We offer 15minute appointments with Gp’s as a standard.
* Pharmacy: 2 Clinical Pharmacists handling medication reviews, discharge reconciliations, and repeat prescribing
* Nursing Team: 1 Practice Nurse and 1 Healthcare Assistant (HCA) covering chronic disease management and routine treatment room duties
* ARRS & PCN Support:
* Dedicated Paramedic: Manages home visits and urgent home assessments, significantly reducing GP home visit burdens
* In-House First Contact Physiotherapist: Handles musculoskeletal triage and management
* Social Prescriber: Supports complex non-clinical patient needs and social care signposting
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary medical care through face-to-face appointments, telephone triage, and video consultations.
* Manage complex multi-morbidity patients in collaboration with our in-house multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Process lab results, clinical letters, and prescription requests appropriate to session load.
* Participate in practice clinical governance, safeguarding procedures, and clinical audit activities.
* Contribute to practice QOF targets, IIF metrics, and enhanced services.
* Work collaboratively with Wandle PCN colleagues and integrated local neighbourhood health initiatives.
Session Breakdown & Benefits
* Number of Sessions: Open to full-time or part-time (flexible options available).
* Home Visits: Home visits are primarily undertaken by our dedicated PCN Paramedic,however Gp’s are an essential addition.
* Workload: Structured clinical appointments with protected time for administrative tasks.
* Remuneration: Competitive salary dependant on experience (pro-rata) between £11,000-£11500 per session per year.

Person Specification
We require a hard working and deligent GP who can contribute to our excellent team,and will promote development,and teaching roles.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are desirable with active interest in clinical leadership or medical education.
