| Overview: | In these challenging times practice team members are facing increasing aggressive behaviour towards themselves and their colleagues. This half day workshop improves understanding of the context of that aggression and considers appropriate responses as well as the support mechanisms available to achieve positive outcomes. Participants will examine their own experiences and some of the responses and tools/techniques that can be applied for de-escalation. |
