Our new sessions are aimed at supporting the mental health and wellbeing of those currently working and those looking to return to work.

Both series are run online and are free to attend for people working in practices in the Londonwide LMCs’ area.

Group coaching circles

The aim of the coaching circles is to rebuild confidence and resilience ahead of returning to work after sick leave. Attendees will gain practical strategies and personal development tools to ensure a smooth and successful return to work, including:

  • Understand the reasons surrounding time out of work.
  • Gain clarity on personal and professional goals for a successful return to work.
  • Explore challenges of returning to work after a period of leave.
  • Develop practical strategies to meet challenges related to returning to work.
  • Learn self-care tools to manage stress and maintain wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Build confidence to re-engage with workplace duties and responsibilities.
  • Create a personalised action plan with realistic goals to assure a positive return to work.

Wellbeing webinars

This three-session programme offers a tailored approach to addressing the unique challenges faced by healthcare professionals, equipping them with tools to thrive personally and professionally while delivering exceptional patient care. The aims of the programme is to improve:

  • Self-Compassion and Reflection: Cultivating kindness towards oneself to build resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Self-Determination Theory: Enhancing motivation and satisfaction through autonomy, competence, and connection.
  • Personal Growth and Resilience: Participants will gain tools to care for their mental and emotional health, preventing burnout and fostering resilience.
  • Stronger Team Cohesion: Skills in psychological safety and job crafting will promote collaboration and trust within teams.
