Media and public affairs round-up

imageOn 9 November, our CEO Dr Michelle Drage was quoted in GPonline supporting calls in Parliament for investment to encourage GP registrations in Putney and on 7 November, highlighting the potential for a winter crisis in general practice. On 23 October, Michelle took part in a panel discussion hosted by the Mayor’s office, with the Mayor and the CEO of NHS England in attendance. On 18 October, Michelle spoke at Best Practice conference about the changes happening in primary care.

We continue to be very active in promoting the interests of London GPs and practice staff on TwitterFacebook and LinkedIn. If you have an example of general practice doing something well which you think would make a news story please get in touch. We also support practices that are approached with media requests. You can find details here.
